From design concept to delivery

Installation

Synergy supplies and install building controls systems. Applications range from a simple boiler and radiator heating system to a fully air conditioned building with door access control and CCTV. These applications can require controls systems ranging from a simple time clock and optimiser, to a fully computerised intelligent networked building control system.

Integration

We provide a service that integrates control components from different manufacturers into a single system.
For example, it is possible to integrate a secure door access system supplied by one manufacturer with a multipoint CCTV system supplied from another manufacturer onto a single control and monitoring workstation.

Maintenance

Synergy offers fully flexible building control system maintenance support, ranging from 'problem-specific call outs' to fully comprehensive sit cover.
Various levels of breakdown cover are available, including a 24hr on-call service to deal with system failure, planned preventative maintenance and plant performance monitoring (including air flow and temperature checks).

Pharmaceutical

Synergy specialises in the pharmaceutical sector and has designed and installed many complex temperature and humidity control systems in laboratory and manufacturing areas, room pressure control systems for containment areas and air velocity for fume cupboards.

Validated Systems

Synergy provides fully validated Environmental Monitoring Systems for product storage areas and drug production areas. Services include system design and installation, writing of user requirement specifications and validation protocols, system calibration, execution of protocols, computer validation and client training.
